Business owners are just getting mad that they cant find employees that want to work for poverty wages anymore. I also know more about leveraging myself where I can do as I wish, when I wish, where I wish. I probably know more about running a business than you will ever know in your life. Life is all about leverage and I have ALL that shit lol. Its MY way or I hit the highway and that will affect you more than me because I work a ton of hours and am the most reliable employee where Im at. My bills are all paid off and when I work at a job, the ball is in MY court. This job cant fire me because they need me WAY WAY more than I need them (constantly begging me to work my days off and extra hours on days I do work because you cant keep people) See, in this life, theres a common theme. I also do whatever the fuck I want there. How about I do exactly as I wish at your job with less risk because you cant do shit about it? Lol. This is life and its survival of the fittest. You do know people will pay for that, right?ĭo you know how many customers a store will lose when they are no longer offering the $5.99/$6.99? Those aren't "regulars", those are bargain shoppers ready to jump to the next place with a "good deal". They are your regular customers not because you give them a "good deal" but because you give them a good product and good service. What it isn't, is YOUR generation - many of whom just sit on their ass and float through life happy to let someone else work. In fact, it's the retirees on a fixed income who are filling a lot of those jobs because they can't make ends meet thanks to inflation. We have a "worker" problem and it isn't because all these people magically "retired". You know, those jobs that were lost and literally no one is going back to? That number is a lie - thanks the Obama Administration who changed the definition, much like the Biden Administration changing the definition of "recession".įace it, we don't have a "job" problem. Unemployment 3.5% LOL!!! Is that BEFORE or after the job we haven't recovered since the scamdemic? They just don’t want to work for shit wages when they can get another entry level job that pays an additional 35%.Įveryone has staffing shortages, it's not limited to Domino's. It’s not that people are lazy and don’t want to work. tell me about how people like us who want to do our best for the customer are the reason dominos (specifically dominos) has staffing shortages. And we’ve continued to grow the stores income over the last couple years by around 25% total.
#Dominos deals codes plus
But we do have the highest C-sat score in the company of 100 plus stores. Are we the highest grossing store in our franchise of 100 plus locations? No. They choose dominos because there is nowhere else you can feed 4 people for $17. There are at least 5 options for that in my city. The masses could pay for overpriced low quality pizza anywhere. In our store there is a culture of putting the customer first and part of that is saving them money. Hell, part of our paychecks go to indirectly subsidizing the pay for their workers because they refuse to pay a living wage.ĭoing your best to keep regulars is lazy now? Money is everyone’s bottom line. How much day-to-day work do you think somebody like Bezos, Gates, Musk, or so on actually do? I acknowledge that at least a few of them put in the hard work when they were younger, but now they don't and they profit off the lives of their employees and our society. However I don't think we should have to spend 50-60 years of our lives working just to be able to occasionally have fun.

Actually, you could argue that's part of what human society is.

Yes some work is required and that's good, but my entire life shouldn't have to revolve around work. However, I also don't want to spend my entire life working just so I can occasionally enjoy myself.
