My bills are all paid off and when I work at a job, the ball is in MY court. This job cant fire me because they need me WAY WAY more than I need them (constantly begging me to work my days off and extra hours on days I do work because you cant keep people) See, in this life, theres a common theme. But we do have the highest C-sat score in the company of 100 plus stores. Are we the highest grossing store in our franchise of 100 plus locations? In our store there is a culture of putting the customer first and part of that is saving them money. Yes some work is required and that's good, but my entire life shouldn't have to revolve around work. However, I also don't want to spend my entire life working just so I can occasionally enjoy myself.
